AECOM is seeking an entry-level environmental permitting specialist to assist with the preparation of environmental permit applications and supporting technical documents, and data base management. This role is ideal for a candidate with a foundation in environmental permitting and knowledge of energy infrastructure and renewable resources. This position is envisioned as a remote position but can be offered as an office-based position.
The Asset Performance Specialist role is critical to the success of the Palmetto Platform and LightReach financial product, managing all customer and operational logistics around ongoing services and support needs throughout the 25+ year lifespan of the solar system. The specialist is responsible for monitoring the system’s performance, remote troubleshooting, and assisting customers with issues.
Improve the current actuator models (steering, brake, throttle, and engine brake) to better represent their current behaviour. Look into better modeling of vehicle transmission system for better offline validation of the motion control system. Investigate switching to higher fidelity dynamics models and compare them to current models. Get new data, learn the parameters, and verify new model’s ability to represent the vehicle’s performance.
